The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit of the total amount, charged to your credit card or by bank transfer.

“COSTA D‘ORLANDO” HOLIDAY HOUSES & APARTMENTS - RULES AND REGULATIONS
• All customers are requested to produce their ID card upon their arrival for check-in purposes. After that, any possible guests of such customers shall do the same to check in, after prior consent by the Management;
• Check-in is allowed from 2.00 p.m. until 06.00 p.m. of the arrival date. Unless otherwise agreed upon with the Management, check-out shall occur by 10.00 a.m. of the departure date.
• Customers shall leave a deposit upon reception of the keys. Such deposit shall be returned to the customers upon return of the keys, unless any amount is charged for missing items or damages to the apartments, their furniture and accessories, to be verified with the user, or damages for late return of the premises free from things and people.
• The whole rent shall be paid upon collection of the keys.
• The rent includes V.A.T. as well as: heating/A.C., water, electricity, change of linen and towels once a week, cleaning of the apartment before of the stay.
• The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment is indicated in each apartment. Maximum occupancy varies according to the type of apartment.
• Vehicles are not allowed inside the premises unless priorly authorized by the Management. Guests must also provide their car's license plate and model and comply with the restrictions in place to allow all Costa d'Orlando guests to use the parking facilities (Terraces d'Orlando has a maximum of 1 car in the internal parking lot and Villas d'Orlando has a maximum of 2 cars in the internal parking lot per reservation).
• All customers must behave respectfully inside the premises during the whole stay and politely towards the neighbours according to good neighbourliness rules. Also, they shall make sure that no damage/troub|e/inconvenience is caused to the neighbours by their family members;
• Children are not to be left unattended. Parents shall make sure that they don‘t damage the common areas and exclusive properties and that they don't disturb other people. Therefore the use of balls, bicycles or similar objects is prohibited in the common areas;
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the internal common areas.
• It is forbidden to throw objects from the apartment balconies.
• It is forbidden to perform any activity inside the rented premises that is incompatible with the rules of hygiene, with the quiet of other guests, with the building reputation and security, and in contrast with national and local laws. Holding parties and using barbecues is prohibited;
• No visitors are allowed in the premises without the prior authorization by the Management.
• The excessive use of radio, television or musical instruments is prohibited. In particular, keep noise level down from I 2.00 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. and from 11.00 p.m. until 08.00 a.m.
• Municipal regulations on housing shall be respected, particularly as regards urban waste collection, i.e. waste that must be put in the appropriate municipal containers.
• It is prohibited to make any changes in the furniture or systems of the apartments. The Management shall not be held responsible for any damages caused to people or things due to the misuse of the furniture and of the systems or to the tampering thereof.
• Any anomaly shall be immediately reported to the Management, who will recover the original functionality in the allowed term.
• The Management shall not be held responsible for any theft committed by third parties.
• Upon check-out, the apartment shall be left in the same conditions as it was found at the time of check-in. In particular, all waste shall be removed.
• Any breach of the prohibitions described above and of the provisions in general shall oblige the infringes to pay for the damages and to immediately leave the premises.
• THE CUSTOMERS SHALL BE CHARGED ANY RUINED, BROKEN OR MISSING OBJECT AND IF SUCH FAULT IS FOUND AFTER THE GUEST'S CHECK-OUT, THE MANAGEMENT WILL CHARGE THE CUSTOMER WITH THE RELEVANT COST BY DEBITING THE AMOUNT ON THE CREDIT CARD PROVIDED FOR BOOKING GUARANTEE.
